Please note that clockworkmod recovery on Samsung Galaxy Y is not permanent and you have to flash it whenever you want to use any clockworkmod recovery feature like backing up and restoring full device backups (called nandroid backups).
Don't flash custom roms through clockworkmod recovery. You will get a soft brick. Instead, use stock recovery to do so.
-Go to cwm
-Do full Data wiping and cache
-Install .zip from sdcard
-Choose GT-S5360_GB_Opensource_Update2.zip.
-Do not directly reboot (Go to Advance and Choose "reboot recovery" and do Wipe Data and cache)
-Now you can Reboot your phone

How to Flash cwmrecovery:
This is a guide to help you install clockworkmod recovery on your device. If confused or stuck at any step, reply to this topic.
- Download clockworkmod recovery file here on your Galaxy Y.
- Power off your device.
- Press Volume Up + Home + Power and keep them pressed till you boot in to recovery mode.
- Scroll up and down using volume keys. Thus, get to the Update zip from sd card option.
- Select the file you copied in first step.
- When flashing is done, reboot your phone.
